Mother Lode Senator’s Legislative Package to Address Critical District Issues

Sonora, CA — Senator Marie Alvarado-Gil (D-Jackson) has introduced a legislative package aimed at addressing pressing issues facing rural communities and the state.

Senator Alvarado-Gil remains “committed to championing these critical pieces of legislation to address the diverse needs of Californians across District 4 and the state at large to build a safer, stronger, and more prosperous future for all,” according to her office. The six-bill package targets public safety, economic growth, agricultural sustainability, public health, and consumer protection. Alvarado Gil’s office provided this breakdown of the legislation:
