Health Van Schedule Change

Sonora, CA — Sonora Regional Medical Center (SRMC) has released the new schedule for the Project HOPE health van.

The van will stay in the Walmart parking lot off Sanguinetti Road but beginning November 1, the schedule will switch from its current Monday and Friday schedule to a Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Additionally, the second Tuesday of every month the van will be parked at Interfaith located at 18500 Striker Court in Sonora during the same time.

The van is equipped with private treatment rooms and offers free general medical care for people who don’t have insurance or who have high deductibles. A nurse practitioner provides the services. As reported here, this year Project HOPE celebrated its 20th anniversary.

Community donations help to keep the van rolling. Project HOPE donations can be made to the foundation office by calling 209-536-5020 or click here. Call the Clinic Services Department at 209-536-5050 or 209-736-1391 for any questions regarding the service or schedule.
