KLAVERWEIDEN, KENNY J.

Kenny J. Klaverweiden passed away Tuesday, June 13th while diving for abalone at Salt Point State Park, Jenner, CA.

Kenny is survived by his wife of 2 years, Rebecca Klaverweiden; 2 children, Leila and Gracey Klaverweiden; Brother, Joshua; Sister, Kimberly Klaverweiden; Parents, Richard Klaverweiden and Brenda DeVries; Grandparents, Robert Klaverweiden, Sarah Barker, and Ruby & David Warne.  He was preceded by his grandfather, Len Barker 2016.

Kenny was a wood worker. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, wood work, gold panning, bee charmer, cooking, summer trips to the ocean and local blackberry picking.  He always loved to make things out of things he gathered – like he made he and his wife’s wedding rings out of the gold he found.  Being a father and husband were the happiest moments in his life.  He also enjoyed helping his loved ones, father, grandfather, and brother.

His good heart, honest soul, and stubborn mind illustrated his strength in life.  He will always stay in our hearts.

Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home are handling the arrangements.
