Arnold, CA — 48 townhomes are being proposed in Arnold at Blagen and Dunbar roads.
The Calaveras County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the project Thursday.
To build the Lake Meadow Townhomes, the builder needs a General Plan amendment to change the land use designation of the Arnold Community Plan.
The applicant is FM Company of Sacramento.
The commission meets at 9 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers at the county Government Center.
