Wet Weather Doesn’t Stop Twain Harte Christmas Parade

Twain Harte, Ca — Despite the wet conditions, Friday night´s Twain Harte Christmas parade once again drew a large crowd to the downtown area.

“It never rains on our parade, it will go on,” said organizer Kathi Kopyn shortly before the parade began down Joaquin Gulley Road.

This year´s parade had 34 entries. It included local law enforcement agencies, Miss Tuolumne County, Santa Claus and others.

The event kicked off at 6pm with the annual lighting of the Twain Harte Christmas Tree at the Arch.
