Calaveras County Wants To Hear From Parents And Caregivers

San Andreas, CA – Calaveras County Public Health wants to hear from parents and caregivers; filling out its survey could result in free fuel.

Public health is collecting information about the health and well-being of mothers, children, and adolescents who live in the county. So, they have put out an online survey.

“Information will be used to inform the future of the Calaveras Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health Program,” according to health officials.

All valid survey entries will be eligible to win one of five $45 gas gift cards. Some questions revolve around the top priorities for women’s health improvements and the department’s greatest strengths. Click here to take the survey.

Any questions or concerns regarding the survey can be directed to the public health office at 209-754-6460.
