San Andreas, CA — 47 year old Donald Bennett of Mountain Ranch was arrested on a drunk driving charge Friday evening moments after ten o´clock by the San Andreas CHP.
Bennett was traveling north on Mountain Ranch Rd. at approximately 40 mph when, due to his high level of intoxication, he lost control of his vehicle in a left hand curve and impacted a dirt embankment.
Bennett was arrested and booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
