Arnold, Ca — Hwy 4 has now completely re-opened just east of Big Trees State Park.
For most of this afternoon a stretch of the road was completely shut down due to a big rig accident. Periodically, the emergency crews did allow traffic to pass through. Minor injuries were reported.
