Columbia, Ca– Firefighters have stopped the forward spread of a quarter acre vegetation fire on Highway 49 and Shaws Flat Road in Columbia.
The fire started around 12:42 pm. Cal Fire reports the cause of the fire could be the result of a transformer explosion. Power outages have been reported in the Columbia area.
