Nearly 400 Without Power In Tuolumne County

Columbia, CA — The Mother Lode has been hit with several power outages today and there is a new one in the Columbia area of Tuolumne County.

PG&E reports that 369 customers’ lights went out just before 5:30 p.m. The outage runs along Parrotts Ferry, Bennett and North Airport roads. The utility reports that a crew is at the outage location and is investigating the cause. The company has posted an 8:45 p.m. restoration time.

This morning there was another outage in the Phoenix Lake area impacting 266 customers, as detailed here.This afternoon 136 customers in Calaveras County, 118 in Dorrington and 18 in the Calaveritas area lost their electricity, as reported here.
