Sonora, CA — Fire officials have not determined the cause of a vegetation fire that started Monday afternoon on Highway 108 near Bergel Road.
It was underneath the Highway 108 Bypass. To view video from the fire click here. Also Monday, a vehicle fire was put out around 3pm on Highway 12 near Valley Springs, there was a two acre grass fire on Hoffman Drive at 4:25pm in the Rancho Calaveras Subdivision, and a spot vegetation fire during the five o’clock hour near the intersection of Shaws Flat and Saratoga.
