Mokelumne Hill, CA — It happened on highway 49 north of Gold Rush Lane in the Mokelumne Hill area around 3:30 Tuesday.
CHP says 57 year old Frank Alvarez of Anaheim lost control of his Harley Davidson bike on a curve and smashed into ditch. They say Alvarez was suffering from fatigue when he crashed.
Alvarez received moderate injuries and was airlifted to Modesto Memorial Hospital.
