Golf Classic Raises Over $45,000 For Project Hope

Sonora, CA — Adventist Health Sonora’s 22nd annual Golf Classic held last week at Saddle Creek Resort was another success.

115 golfers took part in the 18-hole event, followed by lunch, and an awards banquet. The proceeds benefit Adventist Health Sonora’s Project Hope, which is designed to meet the needs of residents that have no medical insurance or very high deductibles. Services are provided by medical practitioners out of van that is parked in the Sonora Walmart parking lot on Fridays.
