Caltrans Planning To Sell Excess Property

Sonora, CA — Caltrans will hold an open house next week where officials will detail excess property it plans to sell that was acquired as part of the East Sonora Bypass construction, phases one and two.

Tuolumne County Transportation Council Executive Director Darin Grossi anticipates seven properties will be available. They will be detailed at the open house, December 4 at 3pm at the Sonora Opera Hall, where officials will be on hand to answer any questions. The auction itself will take place later, January 16, at the Sonora Opera Hall at 1:30pm.

Those with questions ahead of the open house are being directed to Caltrans officials Charles McKinney at 209-948-7962 or Nancy Quesada at 209-948-3892.
