Weather Pushes Final Phase On TUD Sewer Project

Sonora, CA – The Tuolumne Utilities District reports that this week’s earlier gloomy weather conditions put the brakes on completing a sewer replacement in Columbia.

As reported here last week, crews had planned on finishing the Gold Springs Sewer Replacement Project along Parrotts Ferry Road this past Monday, but pushed the work back to Friday with sunny skies in the forecast.

The paving of the roadway between North Gold Street to Marble Quarry Road, will begin at 7a.m. and run until 4 p.m. TUD advises that traffic delays can be expected during those hours of operation.

Additional information on the project can be found here.
