Non-Profits Sought For Community Grab For Cash

Tuolumne, CA — Black Oak Casino resort is seeking non-profits from Tuolumne and Calaveras counties to take part in the annual Community Grab For Cash.

10 selected groups will have a representative inside the casino’s cash cube and will grab as much of the whirling $5,000 in cash as they can in 30 seconds. It provides a little financial boost for non-profits heading into the holidays. To apply, interested groups should submit a one-page letter to the resort that outlines the mission statement of the organization, its size, the community group it serves and the funding needs. All submittals must be received by November 7.
