Groveland, CA — A busy thoroughfare for travelers heading in and out of Groveland and Yosemite National Park will be closed at the end of the month into August.
The work could impact the morning commute for some motorists. Tuolumne County’s Community Resources Agency South Division road crew will shut down Old Priest Grade Road to conduct maintenance repairs.
The county provided this schedule regarding the closure to through traffic, which starts the beginning of next week:
• Monday, July 25th thru Friday, July 29th
• Monday, August 1st thru Friday, August 5th
• Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. each day
County officials ask that motorists use alternate routes when possible and slow down around work crews.
