Don Pedro, CA — Cal Fire crews are mopping up after a vegetation fire broke out along Highway 132.
Crews made quick work of the 1/2 acre grass fire that ignited around 12:45 p.m. near Hayward Road in the Don Pedro area. The flames were contained in about 10 minutes, according to CAL Fire. There is no word on what sparked the blaze.
Firefighters from the Tuolumne-Calaveras Unit of Cal Fire assisted in putting out the flames.
