Sonora To Host Division IV Bowl Game

Sonora, CA — The Sonora High Wildcats football team will host the Hanford Bullpups this Friday evening in the CIF Northern California Division IV AA Championship Bowl Game.

Kickoff is set for 7:30pm at Dunlavy Field, and you will also be able to hear it live on Star 92.7. The winner of Friday’s game will compete against the Division Four AA SoCal Champion for the Division IV AA state title. Sonora High School is planning to release detailed information about tickets for Friday’s game later this week. This is the final season at Dunlavy Field before a planned renovation will commence in 2016.

The Wildcats, the 2015 Mother Lode League champions, enter the game with a 12-1 record. Hanford is also 12-1.
