Update: Another Round Of Snow For The Upper Sierra Nevada

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the western slope of the northern Sierra Nevada and Yosemite National Park above 6,000 feet, until 5 PM Saturday.

The total snow accumulations above the 6,000 foot elevation, will range from four inches to one foot.

Winds may gust as high as 50 mph.

A Winter Weather Advisory means periods of wet snow will cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities, slow down and use caution while driving.
