Knights Ferry, CA — CAL Fire reports that a person using grinding equipment ignited a three acre fire in Knights Ferry.
It happened Saturday evening at 6:15pm in the 16900 block of Shell Road. CAL Fire sent air and ground resources to extinguish the blaze. A generator was also damaged by the fire.
The estimated dollar damage was $1,000. Firefighters remained on scene of the incident until around 10pm.
