Summerville Falls To Hughson

Sonora, CA — It was a wet and windy night for high school football.

This evening Hughson defeated Summerville 49-42. Summerville’s home game was held off site at Sonora High School due to ongoing construction at the Summerville Stadium.

Last night Sonora High School defeated Ripon, 35-23 and Union Mine defeated Calaveras High 50-14. Yesterday’s scheduled matchup between Bret Harte High School and Livermore was postponed until next month at the request of Livermore. It was due to an off-field incident involving some students.
