Yosemite, CA – You are unable access Tioga Pass via the Highway 120 entrance into Yosemite.
The fire continues to move in a northerly direction, resulting in more road closures. Notably, the entire Big Oak Flat Road is now closed.
Tioga Pass is only accessible from the east. There is only access to Yosemite Valley from Highway 140 and Highway 41.
The El Portal Fire is over 3,500 acres and is considered 34% contained.
