Sonora, CA — There is a vegetation fire burning just off Highway 108 near Lime Kiln Road.
CAL Fire reports that the blaze is around 1/2 acre and the forward spread has been stopped. The Sonora PD reports that the westbound lane of Highway 108 is currently blocked in that area. Air and ground resources are on scene. No homes are in danger. You’ll want to avoid the area if possible.
