Fire Destroys Motorhome

Mountain Ranch, CA — A motorhome caught on fire in Calaveras County.

CAL Fire reports the 1987 Rambler Motorhome was in the 7000 block of Doster Road in Mountain Ranch. It caught fire at 3pm on Wednesday and spread to ¼ acre of nearby vegetation. The dollar damage to the motorhome and its contents is estimated to be $11,000. No one was hurt in the incident. What caused the motorhome to catch fire is under investigation.
