San Andreas, CA — The flames broke out on Lc Peterson Drive near Lewis Avenue and Gerald Turner Park in San Andreas. Cal Fire reports the blaze is two acres in size and moving at a rapid rate of spread. One structure is threatened at this time, but there is no word on what type of structure. We will bring you more information as soon as it is available.
Update 6:15 pm: Cal Fire reports the forward rate of spread has been stopped and the fire is 2 – 3 acres in size.
Update 16:40 pm: Cal Fire reports the fire is contained.
