Jamestown Vegetation Fire Out

Jamestown, CA – Firefighters have contained the blaze in the 17200 block of Highway 108 near Chicken Ranch Road.

Cal Fire reports the fire was contained at two acres in size. The flames broke out just after one this afternoon, but crews were able to stop the forward rate of spread after about 20 minutes. One structure was threatened during the blaze, but sustained no damage.
