Fowler Hearing Continued To September

San Andreas, CA — The attorneys for 12 year old Isiah Fowler were given more time to review evidence before a trial date is set.

The boy who is accused of killing his 8-year-old sister, Leila Fowler, appeared briefly in a San Andreas courtroom Wednesday afternoon. At the request of the boy’s attorneys, the judge continued the hearing until September 18th, and at that time a trial date will be set. Isiah Fowler has pleaded not guilty to a charge of second degree murder.

Leila Fowler was murdered inside their Valley Springs area home on April 27th, and the autopsy revealed that she died from multiple stab wounds. The brother and sister were the only two in the home at the time.
