Sonora, CA — Fire Fighters are headed to a vegetation fire off Mono Way. There are reports some grass behind the Burger King Restaurant across from the Junction shopping center near Elsey Court is on fire. There is no word on the size of the fire or whether any structures are threatened. We will bring you more information as soon as it is available.

Update 7:05pm: Cal Fire says the blaze is contained at 1/4 acre and no structures were threatened.
