Downtown Murphys is the site of Saturday´s Murphy´s Homecoming Days Parade.
The parade is a major draw for the weekend event put on by the Murphys Community Club, and features antique cars, a Dixieland band and “La De Dah” Ladies of the Red Hat Society.
Other activities during the day include an old-timers luncheon, music in the park, a barbecue, games and a duck race. The fun starts at 10 in the morning.
