Absentee ballots for California voters who want to vote by mail for the March fifth primary election are now available. An assembly bill was passed last year that allows any voter in the state to obtain a permanent absentee status for all future elections.
To request a ballot, complete an absentee application or send a letter of request to the county elections office.
