A San Joaquin County man wanted in a kidnapping case was arrested in Ukiah after leading highway patrol officers on a long chase. When Clements resident Patrick Murray was finally in handcuffs yesterday – officers say they found a loaded handgun and drugs in his car. Murray also had San Joaquin County warrants for kidnapping and resisting arrest.
