Classes at Columbia College today are canceled due to a problem with water supply to the campus.
College administrative spokesperson Connie Mical says a break in main water line has made them shut down water to all buildings. Because of this they have canceled all classes until 5 p.m. She said they are hopeful repairs will be made by then and evening classes can be held.
The college staff will provide updates on the situation on the college web site – www.gocolumbia.org, or by calling the main college phone number at (209) 588-5100.
Classes at the Calaveras Center are not effected by the problem.
