Valley Springs, CA — A vehicle stolen from Stockton was discovered Sunday in a driveway on Highway 26 in Valley Springs.
Calaveras County Deputies approached the vehicle for a code violation and subsequently arrested 20-year-old David Buzzell of Valley Springs who was in the vehicle at the time.
Also found were suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Buzzell is being held in Calaveras County jail on $55,000 bail.
