Danielle Dawn Liljedahal Chung passed away Friday, November 8th, at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto, CA.
Danielle is survived by her parents (Rich & Dede Liljedahl), her children (Stephanie Davis, Shelby Hedgpeth and Trevor Chung) and her siblings (Patrick Liljedahl and Brian Liljedahl).
Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
