Joan Nadine Starkeweather, a resident of Sonora, passed away on Thursday, October 27, at Avalon Care Center in Sonora. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, November 5, 2:30 PM, at Church of the 49ers Presbyterian Church in Columbia. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
