Othilia Higgins, a resident of Groveland, passed away on Friday, December 9, at Sonora Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be 11 AM to 1 PM on Thursday, December 15, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Big Oak Flat, followed by a Mass at 1 PM. Burial to take place at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
