Dorothy June (Foster-Welle) Hutchins, a former long time resident of Tuolumne County, passed away on Saturday, June 16, in Manteca. There will be a Graveside Service on Friday, June 22, 2:30 PM at Carter Cemetery in Tuolumne. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice Inc., 4368 Spyres Way, Modesto, CA 95356. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
