Rose Mitchell, a resident of Vallecito, passed away on Sunday, August 24, at Country Haven Assisted Living in San Andreas. Viewing will take place on Thursday, August 28, 1 to 3 pm at Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home. Donations may be made to the Humane Society in lieu of flowers. Terzich & Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
