Sonora, CA – The structure fire off of Highway 108 at Green Springs Road is now contained.
CDF and Tuolumne County Fire Department officials say the blaze originated in some kind of shop or garage that was separate from the residence.
Reports indicate the air tankers have been sent back to base and the vegetation surrounding the area is no longer a fire risk. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
