San Andreas, CA — A 20-year-old Valley Springs man is recovering today after being involved in an accident Sunday with a drunk driver.
The Highway Patrol reports 19-year-old Kyle Loock of Lodi was driving west bound on Hogan Parkway when he lost control of the vehicle.
Reports indicate Loock hit a guardrail head on causing major damage. The driver was placed under arrest for driving under the influence and was transported to Mark Twain St. Josephs Hospital for treatment.
Loock´s passenger, John Pearson received lacerations to his face, arms and legs.
