Two Car Accident Leaves Occupants With Minor Injuries

Jamestown, CA — Three individuals involved in a two car accident on Highway 120 west of O´Byrons Ferry Rd. suffered only minor injuries Monday afternoon.

53 year old Jane Winn of Jamestown was eastbound when her small dog distracted her. Winn´s 2003 Chevy S-10 traveled onto the shoulder. As she turned back toward the road she lost control of her vehicle skidding across a large dirt turnout, colliding with several signs while nearly striking 18 year old Mason Molletta´s 1999 westbound Buick Regal. The Chevy S-10 pickup left the north roadway edge and overturned into a grass field. In an effort to avoid Winn´s vehicle, Molletta lost control of his vehicle which then overturned into a ditch north of the highway.

Only minor injuries were suffered by Winn, her 10 year old passenger Joseph Cepeda, and Molletta.
