Heroin Bust Lands Parolee At Large Back In Jail

Jamestown, CA — Two Jamestown men are facing several drug charges after a heroin seizure Tuesday afternoon.

Tuolumne Narcotics Enforcement Team agents, acting on a tip, arrested Robert Brooks and Paul Gravelle.

With assistance from several agencies, TNT agents served an arrest warrant in the 8000 block of Williamson Road thanks to information that Brooks, a Parolee at Large, and Gravelle, a subject wanted on a local warrant, were staying on the property.

Reports indicate “Tar” heroin was located both in the motor home and on Brooks. The heroin weighed eight grams, with a street value of more than $500.

Brooks was booked into jail on his warrant, a parole hold, and fresh charges of being under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance.

Gravelle was booked into jail on his warrants relating to violating his probation and narcotics possession charges.
