Sonora, Ca — The California Highway Patrol is reporting that there is a large horse running loose in the road near the Rail Fence Motel on Highway 108.
Reports indicate the horse has blinders on it and can not see where it is going. Traffic is backed up and officials hope to have the horse under control shortly.
