Sacramento, CA — A real estate research firm says California home sales fell statewide in March for the sixth month in a row, while annual price appreciation remained flat.
A DataQuick Information Systems analyst says the numbers reflect the gradual transition from a high-flying housing market that saw prices basically double during the past four years to a less frenzied market.
