Angels Camp, CA — Most people think of farm animals when they hear 4-H. But on display at the 4-H Home Arts Expo over the weekend were 4-H projects of a different nature.
4-H members from Calaveras and El Dorado counties gathered at Mark Twain Elementary School last Saturday.
On display were students´ home arts exhibits. These include favorite food, arts and crafts, sewn clothing items and decorated cakes.
The exhibits were judged then, gold, silver and bronze ribbons were awarded.
The event was sponsored by the Calaveras 4-H All Stars and the Angelus Ranus 4-H Club.
