Sonora,CA — A flood warning has been issued for Tuolumne and Claveras Counties until 10:00pm due to heavy rainfall.
The National Weather Service says although the heaviest rainfall from the storm has ended and only light showers will remain today, small rivers and streams will still be running at or above bank levels through the rest of the evening.
Officials also advise motorists to be careful of mud and rock slides.
