Potential Fourth Candidate For Tuolumne County Sheriff

Sonora, CA — If his papers and fees meet the 5PM deadline today, Richard D´Hondt will become the fourth candidate to run for sheriff-coroner in Tuolumne County.

D´Hondt must have 20 valid signatures to qualify for a position on the June 6 ballot. He is currently a baliff sergeant with the Sheriff´s Department.

Already qualified for the ballot for this race are three members of the Sheriff´s Department: Jim Earll, Jim Mele and Tom Memmer.
