Sacramento, CA — The National Weather Service has provided additional details to the current winter storm warning for the Mother Lode.
Rain and snow will develop between 8 and 10PM this evening with heavier precipitation expected after 10PM. Several inches of snow is expected at the 2,000 foot elevation with the snowfall continuing through Tuesday evening. The snow level is expected to drop to as low as 1,000 feet.
