Sonora, CA — The 5am vegetation fire at Sonora Elementary School was quickly extinguished according to CAL FIRE Communications Operator Peggy Sue Wagner in San Andreas.
The fire covered but a single acre. There were no injuries and no structures were damaged.
Cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
